I am a new hire - going through BI currently. The construction seems complete from whatever is available on the web. So, I was wondering if they would move all current employees to this new location.
Thanks for all the information on the forum - extremely useful. Can you also explain a typical workplace with Aramco - cubicles? Office rooms? Or a mix? How large are office spaces? Thanks.

I work in Midra. Northpark is complete. One of my colleagues just got transferred there. Buses run to/from Midra/Northpark as well. Cubes in Midra are half height and very open. I am used to having full height 3 wall cubes with the fourth partially blocked, but at Midra we have two half height walls with the rest open so people can feely walk through your workplace and you can turn around and talk to your neighbor very easily. Everything is new and modern like workplaces in the US.

Thanks Texas786 - that building surely looks nice. I was under the impression that they would move all employees from the existing offices to this new facility. It's good to see Aramco expanding - makes it even a more attractive company to work for.

Like everything else in the world, this nice looking building also has pros and cons.

I wouldn't doubt it, however, let's hear one perspective.
Cheers

No, everyone will not be moving from their current office building to North Park. It all depends which department/organization you work for, where their current offices are and what the plans are for their current office building(s).
For instance no one from my current organization will be moving there at any time in the foreseeable future.
