o Experts... I have a question regarding the shipping and the cash in lieu: If I choose the cash in lieu option (which is 50% of the lowest cost of shipping my allowed weight) does that mean that I do not get an E Box?
Appreciate your help.

Unfortunately, I think it does mean that. I am also taking the cash in lieu allowance, and was told that I will not get an E box. Personally I think that everyone should get the E Box, but I don't get to make the rules.
