My timeline and department is same as Yours. I think we might have met each other since I was in Houston for interview and orientation on April 26, 2012.

o, i was wondering for those in the hiring process, how often are you in contact with your relo person. I know they are really busy and was wondering how often a status update is requested.

I would email my relocation advisor every two-three weeks for an update. She was really good at always responding back by the end of the day.

I got my offer today in the email. I should be receiving the offer in Fedex soon.
I will be working in Juaymah and living in Ras Tanura per the offer.
Any updates from you "almostcheerful"?

They're REALLY busy. My Relocation Advisor told me she was handling 60 candidates as of yesterday. She's great...but one can't expect her to be Super Woman! I have no idea how she is managing to keep track of all of us.

I agree with you. Though I am waiting for an offer letter from SA; however, in the meantime I received call from some recruiting agency in India yesterday for job offering in Qatar. Indian recruiter would like to arrange an interview over the phone with some Qatar Oil and gas company which I refused....I still have to wait littler more for an offer from SA before seeking opportunity in middle east.
