Hi, In the BI form, is it right they ask only for the highest degree? I hold a master’s degree from Canada which I do not have problem with, but my bachelor degree from back home I do not have even a copy. I found BI form online and it says attach a copy of your highest degree. Is this right?
Kind Regards

My husband has several degrees. We created an addendum page to the BI form such that we included ALL degrees. We also provided copies of the diplomas for all degrees (we sent official, sealed transcripts for each degree, too, but I want to say that was for the visa application stage, not BI, but I can't remember exactly). The form did say you have to include copies of the degrees you're listing on the form.
The BI form we were provided has space for only two degrees and one certification. Not nearly enough space to list my husband's credentials. I thought it was odd to have space for only two degrees. At the very least, someone with a doctorate would be listing a minimum of three degrees, right?

o all,
When I received my contract, there was a yellow paper saying that I have to submit all degrees, not only that, I have to submit them both in English and their original langauge if not English. In preparation for my BI, I did the following: - Photocopied all master certificates and transcripts, and provided an authenticated copy from the Saudi embassy in London (who verified the degree with univ) - printed the email sent from my school's registerar to the Saudi embassy indicating that I did study and graduate.
The process is so complicated..best thing ask you recruiter..they know best...
Best of luck to Y'all

Hi,
At the moment I am going through BI also and was contacted by the relevant company. Since I only gave my highest degree at the beginning of the process they came back asking for a copy of my bachelor degrees also.
They will email you directly if they need any other documents. At least for me they did.
Hope that helps and all the best.

Before sending in my husband's diplomas, we actually ordered/bought duplicates from all the schools so that he would have pristine originals for himself. You never know when things get dinged up by handling, or worse, marked upon with ink or something. We included both the diplomas and official transcripts for each degree. If someone is going through the offer acceptance process, it's never to early to get your ducks in a row regarding this documentation, because you get asked for it for two purposes: the background investigation (I believe we sent them copies, not originals), and the visa application (we sent originals).

I was asked to submit photocopies of my diplomas (both Master's and Bachelor's) when I first applied. During the background investigation phase, I was asked for official transcripts, sent directly from the university, for both degrees. However, my relocation advisor asked for those, so I have no idea if they were for the BI or for the visa application. I have not been asked for official diplomas.
Perhaps it depends on the position you're applying for? It seems that some of us have had different experiences.
For the transcripts, can you contact the college/university from your home country to request transcripts? Even if you had a copy at home, it probably wouldn't be accepted. I was specifically told that they needed official, sealed transcripts from the university. The registrar's department (or the equivalent in your country) should be able to provide transcripts. Good luck!

I was contacted again by the Background investigation company asking for the transcript for my first degree.
I hope everything goes well for you.

You will need your original diploma, as well as the transcripts. Not only that, but you have to have your diploma authenticated in the country where you received your degree.
