Hi there and thanks for all the great information on this site.
I am just beginning the hiring process with an interview in Houston next week.
The site has answered most of the questions I have but I am wondering if anyone knows of any restrictions for Jack Russells?
Any information would be much appreciated!

Hi - I noticed no-one responded to this post. First, search under 'pets' in the search box. There are a few discussions (including mine) about allowing small dogs in - it's worrisome because they do have restrictions on quite a few small breeds. Below is the contact for the pet info - she is with a pet shipper in the US and she said they aren't getting zus in at all these days. Jack Russels are not on the official restricted list but you might ask them not to put the word "Terrier" on the health forms as some terriers are banned. I think the problem with small dogs is being ignored now. They don't really check too much at the airport as long as you have the paperwork.

Thanks for all the helpful information.
I have been to Houston for an interview and am told that my offer is in and I should receive it any day now. We are really excited, but nervous at the same time about bringing our dog over.
We'll initiate the process for her papers once I've cleared the BI and medical.
Keeping our fingers crossed!
