Guys, I had an interview last week in Houston and don't know whether it went well or not as both Saudi intervierwrs told me to wait for 2-3 weeks. Is is general statement or should I take this as negative feedback. I think if you they like somebdoy then then they might give some expression or hint or something isn't? Sucessful interviewees can share their experience with me please!

Your interviewers usually discuss this with the group or group supervisor or manager and will need time to do so. Also if the others who are involved in the hiring are out of the Kingdom at the moment, they have to wait.

This is what happened to me 6 years ago,
Went for a walk-in interview, submitted my resume/cv and waited in a big room with 20 other people. A room that had food and bevees and was called in after 1 hour and a half.
Went for an interview where 4 people interviewed me for 30-45 minutes with one HR/personnel/recruitment consultant sitting behind a parion (behind me). After the interview, the HR person jovially met me and said "This is not official, but congratulations! You will definitely get an offer within 1-2 weeks" (Apparently there was a video feed of the interview and immediately after the interview all 4 interviewers gives the thumbs up)
Received the DHL of the offer letter within 10 days after the interview.

Thanks for the feed back.
Usually in other North Amercican companies when they suggest for waiting it automtically means "not selected" ; however, as other people mentioned its differnent in SA. By the way, they spent only 20 mins during an interview....Anyways will wait and see. I belive everythibg happens for good. Thanks again all.
Cheers
