So Im curious how dental work goes here? From what Ive read the dental clinic in RT charges full price as you'd pay in the US without insurance. Its possible to find dental care off camp for near the same price in SR (roughly 1/4 of the price).
Is it possible to get dental insurance here? Are there any worldwide/US dental insurance companies? Or can someone recommend a good dentist here in KSA thats also affordable? Cleanings and such arent an issue, but for more serious work I simply cannot pay out of pocket at the moment (New arrival, prioritizing on paying off all bills from back home).

Major dental costs in the Dental Clinic are payroll deducted over time. My implant plus extra cap was paid in 4 installments months apart. It was a $1000+ less what I would have paid in the U.S. You can negotiate this with your dentist/oral surgeon, etc. You will sign a form once you've discussed costs with the Dr.
Some dental work is equivalent or less than what you'd pay in the U.S. Major dental work seems to be considerably cheaper with Aramco.
I know friends who have dental insurance in the states, I haven't heard any of them having insurance that works here.
Perhaps someone else knows.

Thanks buddy, I appreciate it. I have 2 wisdom teeth that need pulled and my wife has quite a bit of work to be done, so we're looking at a hefty price tag

I got a c and cap and the cost was roughly what the negotiated / discounted price is under Aetna PPO (your price + insurance company's price LOL NOT your share) so it is not comparable to full, uninsured out of pocket price in the US. It is comparable to the discounted rate.
NOTE: Kudos to the dentist at the RT clinic his work has subsequently been checked and declared as excellent
