Could someone please explain to me which documents are required to get an iqama for a new born I provided the passport of my child along with 3 photos and a copy of my iqama however they are asking for a paper from the hospital and i m not clear on what they need exactly does anyone can help me ?

They handle the issuing of iqamas for all company employees and dependents.
