How will SA match Base salary. Do they match employee's base salary in their home country and give extra benefits which is expat premium and an extra C&S allowance...How does this work? Can anybody help please...? Please clarify how they offer salary.

It seems to be a case by case basis, depending on your background, your interview, and how much they really need you.
For me they matched the combined income of both jobs, plus a bit more. The real money/savings comes in with the bonuses, lack of taxes, and cost of living however.
On paper I probably make (with bonuses) about 15-20% more than I did in the US, but after taxes and cost of living are figured in I have nearly 3x the amount of 'extra money'.

Does ARAMCO consider OT amount for fixing the salary. For example, per last two pay slips (each 2 weeks), the base salary $ 6,000 + $ 6,000 = $ 12,000 and $ 3,000 OT (approximately monthly $ 15,000). How much is the expectation with the ARAMCO offer.
Thanks,
Lasam

Depends on job, GC and your requirements. You can negotiate if you need to after you get your offer. No one can tell you what a good salary would be for you, only you can decide that. When you get your offer, if its not what you expect, write a letter - send in pay stubs and state your case.
There have been a handful of people over the years who have tried to negotiate and the offer has been withdrawn, but some get what they're asking, others don't get an increase but the offer stands and others get a small increase - not quite what they were asking.

Apart from base salary what other benefits are available for US/Canada Payroll? So that I will have an idea what kind of salary I can except when I receive an offer.

I was wondering why they ask for paystubs (base salary) and not the W2 instead (or its Canadian equivalent). The W2 shows total compensation?

all the benefits will be in your offer. Your salary will be based on the position applied for, the GC designation of that position, your years experience, your current pay stubs.
Only you can determine if the offer you receive is good for you. Negotiate if needed. There's a lot written on the forum about salary negotiating.
