There's lots of desert for dogs to run around in on the camp (as long as they're well behaved) and lots of beach to walk along.. You'll love RT

They are very good dogs. They will love being able to get in the water! Thanks for all the information. We are waiting for all the paperwork to come in to start this whole process. I hear it is a large stack!

We are in Houston doing the orientation tomorrow morning. They put us up in a suite! Very nice. The packet of medical/background was huge! I felt bad for my hubby. We just got it all on Friday so turning it all in tomorrow. I will update as things move along. They are flying him to Saudi in the next month to look at the new leadership building and to see where we are living in Ras Tanura. Anything he should make sure to look at?

o
The building you mention in RT is very nice indeed - next to the beach and next to all the main facilities.
How long will your husband be here in RT for his visit - if he has time have him call us and we could take him out and about it would be our pleasure to do so but he will probably have someone to help him with viewing the compound on RT - anyway the offer is there so do PM me for our telephone number etc.
Good luck with the paperwork! Carolina

I had interview on Feb 20th and flew from Baltimore, MD. The team from SA told me they will go back sometime this week and will make their decision afterwards. As per my conversation with them it usually takes about two or three weeks until someone hear back from them I think it depends on which profession you are in, in many cases they take notes during the interview and go back to SA and discuss with the concerned managers of the dept to extend an offer to the candidates.
Best wishes to everyone who had interview

To hrehman,
I'm glad to hear that this is standard procedure. Somebody sent me a PM stating that they did what I did, and didn't hear anything for a year, and they ended up getting a job with a different dept!!
I guess I do need to get on with my life and give this all the time it might possibly take.

I got an email from ASC on Feb 23 to submit pay slips so that they can prepare my employment package. I have submitted my employment letter / proof of income since I dont have my pay stub because last week I have switched to new job. Hopefully sometime next week I will receive my employment package from SA this is as per my conversation with ASC.

We got an email this morning saying we cleared medical. Yay! The guy doing the background check called my husband to get his pay slip from his current job, and said he would be done with it tomorrow. Here is hoping!

Does aramco requires a medical for each family member or just for employee? For instance my wife is diabetic and her sugar levels are well controlled. I am the one who applied and got an offer. Please reply

Hrehman, I filled out the medical form. I also got blood work done when my husband did. I think they are checking for major problems, and probably expenses. If there was something that was really expense wrong, they may look at another prospect because they would be cheaper. This is just my thinking.
