Housing in all 3 compounds is similar. But describing bedrooms and such, we'd need to know the type of house you are eligible for. That is will you be family status or bachelor status? If family status how many children do you have. Housing for family status is based on Grade Code and number of dependents.
That being said, in general, houses come with a refrigerator, stove and dishwasher. You need to supply your own TV and Microwave, washer and dryer. Or you can rent a washer and dryer from Aramco. The house on arrival has living room furnishings, a dining room table and chairs, beds, bedclothes, kitchenware -dishes, pans, flatware, etc. dishtowels, bath towels, sheets, blankets, pillows, according to the number of beds you have in the house.
Rental price for a 3bedroom townhouse with study is about: U.S. $495. 2 bedroom, 1 bedroom, etc. will be different prices.

GC 9 will probably not have a house. There are rooms like hotel rooms; never been in them so don't know what they're like inside. Temporary housing can be dorm style if waiting for a room to be renovated.
You can bring your own laptop and ipad.
As far as I know they all have refrigerators, but I've never been in these apts. Usually there is new linens for everyone, but we only received one flat sheet per bed and a blanket and pillow when we arrived 11years ago.
Sorry, you are again asking questions I cannot answer for you. I suggest you get more information from your contact person/relocation agent.

When I first came here in March of this year I was assigned to Abqaiq and lived in a one bedroom apartment. It was a typical three story apartment bldg with about 12 apartments per floor that were about 800sqft (give or take). It wasn't bad at all. It came with one sheet set, a blanket, small set of pots and pans, silverware, plates and glasses for four, and a small food "package" of the bare essentials to get you through about 4 days or so until you went to the market. Oh and a couple fo towels and washcloths. I had to buy everything else since I didn't bring nothing over except clothes. I have since moved to Dhahran into a one bedroom townhome. I had to bring everything with me except for the furniture as they do not refurnish when you move (the smaller stuff). The new place had a bed, couch, chair, bookcase, desk, kitchen table and chairs. But if you have any problems with anything there is always someone willing to help. Maintenance is not an issue and usually taken care of in a day or two. IT, same thing. And you neighbors are supposed to be a great help but I guess that depends on where you live. I have only seen one neighbor in passing. Oh, by the way, I am a GC9 bachelor with 11+ priviledges.
