Can anyone tell me about the process of sponsoring someone like a houseboy, maid, cook or nanny from another country to come and work in KSA for you?

o
I am sure that other Aramcons will pitch in with this one - what I am about to write is what I heard recently.
Aramco will allow a family to sponsor a maid if the family have 3 or more children and possibly that the wife works full time - I know here on RT there are a few families who do sponsor so I hope they will pitch in to this posting and give full explanation of procedures - however in the meantime I would advise you to contact HR direct where I am sure they will be able to answer this important question.
Kind Regards Carolina

This is actually in the Dollar manual, I checked with HR last year and below are the conditions, you have to meet at least one of them, if you do, then your manager needs to sign a 'out-of-policy' letter and send it to the Directory of Personnel who will approve:
Both employee and spouse are working, The spouse or child is medically incapacitated, The spouse is studying and has a child/children, Employee has 3 or more dependent children in-Kingdom, or Employee’s children are commuting more than 50 Kms. to school.
