When buying used cars or any item advertised in the Aramco classfieds, is the advertised price open to negotiation or is it fixed. Only reason for asking is that few ads state "or near offer" which is what I am used to seeing. I don't mean stuff under 500SR just the big stuff.
Cheers, ridgeway

Ridgeway - Practically EVERYTHING is negotiable here! Unless you're at Zamil's (they have a sign up front that says "Everything FIXED PRICE!!" I sent an e-mail one to a person in DH with an offer of "I'll give you 500SR" when they wanted 800 and they gladly accepted...It certainly can't hurt to ask. Heck, it wouldn't hurt to negotiate the small things too...The worse thing that can happen is they'll say 'no', right?
PVK - It's only available to Aramcons...It's not available outside of the Aramco network.

Stmayo11.....thank you for the prompt reply. I have signed the agreement and completed all the processes except medical. Hope to get into the Aramco network soon.

As mentioned by stmayo, everything is negotiable even for the SAR50 items. I do it all the time and I expect people to ask for discounts when I am selling stuffs as well.

o
I negotiate all the time here in KSA or back home in Scotland - you never know if you never ask!
I have completely furnished my home here all with second hand items through the Aramco Classifieds but you have to be quick as the good items go very quickly and that includes 4 x 4 vehicles, scooters, golf carts and motorbikes etc.
Good luck Carolina
