Hi all
I have an interview in a few weeks for a position with aramco and I am really excited the one thing I am worried about though is the police check. I have a criminal record albeit from longer than 10 yrs ago and convictions are spent. Is this going to be a problem? Should I tell them in the interview? I haven't been asked as yet about a criminal history.
Help would be appreciated.

It would depend on what you were convicted of 10 years ago...murder? Yep, that would affect you now. Child/spouse abuse of any type? Yep, that might affect you now. It really just depends on what you were convicted of and the circumstances...They most likely will not ask you about this during the interview. If they don't ask, don't mention it. Let the background investigator do his job, and that means filling out your paperwork honestly and completely, but don't give them anything they don't ask for.
