We just completed the paperwork for bringing our dog with us in two weeks. I will have to get another set of papers for her within ten days of travel for the airlines, but they won't have to be authenticated. I followed the instructions per the Aramco employee handbook, sending the USDA form to Atlanta (we live in Georgia) by FedEx there and back. But for the State Dept. and Arabian Embassy authentications we FedExed everything to a courier service in Washington DC who had it all taken care of and back to us in five calendar days (over a weekend!) The service was the one recommended by Jane on the website that Aramco recommends for info on pet travel. The guy's name was Dave with Washington Passport and Visa Service.(202-234-7667) They were very professional and it was WELL worth the money to have everything taken care of so smoothly. We had checked some other places and his price was better too. Just thought I'd let people know how to simplify a complicated part of the move.
