Not sure about maximum age but i don't think there is a minimum age. I am in my mid twenties and will be joining by the end of the year.

While I'm not aware of a minimum age, I am currently 29, and have been told by a few current employees that my wife (also 29) and I will be the "babies of Rakkah."
I believe the age limit you're asking about is for maximum age, and I just know the company's stated mandatory retirement age is 60, so I suppose anything younger would be fine.

If you are 29 then the comment on a previous page of an age limit of 30 is not true. I am 27 and have an interview in March, however, I am still skeptical that I will actually get an offer considering I have 5 years experience.

Aramco does hire with 5 years experience in some areas.

It depends upon the job actually. Private job changes their rules and regulations at their own comfort. So, retirement age can also vary in those cases. Whereas, in government jobs, the age limit is finished for both joining and retirement.

While not official, it is my understanding that Aramco prefers new hires to be under 55 so they can be assured of at least five years of work tenure. I was a re-hire at 54 and at the time my processing was very speedy to get me into Kingdom before I turned 55. That said, if they need your expertise I'm sure you could be over 55. I also know of many long term Aramcons who have gotten several extension beyond 60.
