o all! I recently interviewed for Organization Consulting department. I was told I will be provided feedback within 2 weeks. At end of 3rd week and radio silence even after sending a follow up email, I called the recruiter. He said I am TQ but they are awaiting final list with qualification levels of candidates. I didn't fully understand what he said afterwards but seems there are multiple positions or multiple candidates--given either situation, does this mean I can expect an offer or it means nothing at this stage?

Recruitment is a complex process here. You just have to patiently wait and carry on with your routine. It can take weeks or even months to hear back from recruiters as even they won't have any update since decisions are made in Kingdom

It’s indeed a big disappointment! Yeah, interviewed with OCD. Was onto the final round and last minute they cancelled the final interview citing position has been postponed for now and just yesterday got the message about requisition being cancelled. I spoke to my contacts in OCD and they told me indeed its due to budget cuts due to the sudden change in strategy. Best of luck guys, plenty of other fish in the sea

It may be a bit too early for the Feb interviewees. Has anyone interviewed in Jan or Feb 24 and received any feedback post interview?

My friend was interviewed in Feb 24 in London. He got a feedback after a week. It depends on the hiring department/team and everyone situation is unique. You should contact your recruiter if you have not heard anything within a month. Your feedback may be delayed due to Ramadan.

Sometimes things happen quickly, sometimes they take time. One of the biggest issue is if someone goes on vacation, the approval will sit in their workflow for 2 weeks before it automatically goes to next approver. Based on the normal 3-6 months waiting time I had heard I was looking forward to 3 months in Rotterdam after interview. 2 weeks later they are pushing me for my start date.
