Hi all,
I had an interview with Aramco on the 2nd of December in London. One week later my agent informed me that I should wait for an offer. Since then there is no response
My agent told me that the normal time frame is 4-6 weeks. Given that we have now exceeded 2 months I start to get worried. The agent told me that the system shows still the same status. I have read carefully the various posts in the forum and have seen that there are a few cases that it took even more than 2 months but this is not common. I wanted to ask if other candidates who are in the same position and if anyone knows if there is a hiring freeze.

No hiring freeze. Steady influx of expats arriving.
My offer took 4 months from interview. Try forget about it, if its to come to you, it will come.

Thank you for the input. That is very helpful. Does anyone know a case where the candidate was informed that he should get an offer and this never happened? I am not considering extreme periods like the Coronavirus or 2014.
Another question is on the compensation. From the various threads I understand that Aramco matches your base (initial offer is somewhat lower) and gives you a 50%-60% on top. All of that is tax free. Given that my bonus is around 60% the benefit for me would be the tax relief and the housing + schools. I understand that you pay a small fee for housing but you don't pay for schools. Is that correct?

Hi All,
My interview was completed on 24th October 23 (salary certificates, degree certificates submitted before interview) Post interview received confirmation mentioning that I am shortlisted for Salary recommendation stage and requesting me to submit PPHQ documents. All PPHQ documents submitted on 15th November CREDENCE contacted me and I had submitted all required documents to CREDENCE on 21st Nov.
After this its silent. My status currently shows "Thanks for your efforts so far. Your recruiter will contact to you when we can continue the process"
Do we get any email from CREDENCE after completion of BI? or should I need to send an email to CREDENCE to check if BI is completed?
Looking forward for kind advice.
Thanks.

Any idea how long can it to receive final clearance email once background report is sent by Credence to Aramco Hi awaisIt depends. It was less than a week for me. I just received my clearance last week. 1-2 weeks are also normal. 6 weeks seems quite long. It depends on the time…e.g if it was in Ramadan or eid holidays in Saudi.

Usually 2 weeks max. I worked in 6 countries and 9 companies. They had to do more paperwork etc I guess.

Credence have already sent the completed report to Aramco SA 2 weeks ago but my RA still awaiting clearance before could apply for visa
