Does Aramco give out swag at orientation? And do they give it out regularly? By swag I mean shirts, polos, jackets, etc?

Depends, some departments wear it as a uniform, so I’d presume they get them at orientation, gardening, recreation, transport etc. Others just give them randomly or not at all. In 5 years my husband has received 2, and only in the last month. Shirts, not seen jackets. I imagine polos if one is doing a company sport thing?

Different departments have their own employee engagement policies, and it can vary. Having said that, also be cognizant about wearing Aramco branded clothing or gear, such as bag's, etc It can draw unnecessary attention and questions when travelling in the GCC, and if portrayed in any negative manner on social media, that could potentially cause issues. |
