Hi,
Thanks for let me in, it's a great forum to get knowing more about SA.
I'm working for an IOC from eastern country, recently got a offer of GC14 under global payroll, but only with over base 10% + supplement 20%, but from the forum all are talking about 40% overbase + 20% supplement.
anyone knows the backgroud? and is it possible to negotiate?

If you are from an eastern payroll country you will get the overbase you got, 40+20 overbase is for global payroll with passports for US, Canada, UK, Australia etc

Hi All, please how long does it take to get a revised offer. I git an initial written offer which I negotiated upwards and was informed by recruiter that it has been approved about 6 weeks ago. Since then, I'm yet to get the revised written offer. Is this a normal time frame? Thanks.
