Hi Everyone,
I had a recent interview with Aramco Team and they came back and asking to fill-up background/health questionnaire forms along with other supporting documents. They haven't shared any offer with me yet. What does it mean? Is it a regular process that they are checking the background after the interview or it is something positive that offer will be coming? Please share your experience in this regard as I need to make a decision on another offer. Thank you

I have a similar experience, I was told an offer is in the making though but they wanted to proceed with PPHQ and Credence etc

There have been cases recently where the background checks are done before an offer is made. Take it as a positive sign that an offer is coming. Given that the whole process takes time, they are now trying to do as many steps as possible at the same time. It’s a way of trying to speed things up.

My husband has this experience too, however after few days of submitting everything the offer status on the online portal indicated as “not selected after interview” and one of the very nice forum member says some people experienced the same before as well. Whats your current status on the profile?

I work in recruitment myself, usually this status would mean they are shifting your profile to other requisition (job opening) which could be the same role which you have applied for. For different reasons, recruiters will need to move requisition (job opening) from time to time. If you can reach your recruiter, I think you should ask what does the status mean to you and if the status change would have any impact on timeframe.

They have requested the background check documents. I am thinking to wait for their next communication for update. I have just shared the BI documents with them so would give them some time.

Does the BI mob inform initiation of investigation? Is there any communication in this regard? Or mere submission of docs is considered initiation?

Submission of Docs... but in my case it was two stages... first for educational background after which i received offer and then the main BI which had all consent forms etc with requested information (location UK). This is the point from where BI i believe is considered initiated. I am in my fourth week now and its still in progress.
