Hi everyone,
Wondered if anyone could shed some light on Aramco's stance on candidates with history of Depression, ADHD or other mental/psychological condition or currently under medication.
This has never been a problem in terms of work, I have a lengthy career and a senior position in a multinational.
Have accepted an offer GC14, currently on BI and have disclosed ADHD controlled under medication but fearing this will be an issue for them and could see the offer withdrawn.
Appreciate any feedback.
Thanks

I have never known of anyone seeking employment dependent on the meds for your condition(s) but logically I would think as long as the meds are available, med/psychiatry professionals here to support you in case issues arise, which I believe are and u have a proven work history with no issues regarding your depression, and ADHD, it should be no issue for Aramco.
Having a letter from your current dr, stating that your condition and meds does not interfere with your job performance prob be good to have in your backpocket just in case there is concern from Aramco medical screening. I suspect they may ask for such a letter.
