That’s a horrible position to be in. Honestly, I think the best thing you can do for yourself now is start applying for jobs. This might take another 6 months or never. Put yourself first.

Hi Tamsin thanks very much for your input I sincerely appreciate it. You are right and I will start applying but it's so frustrating to lose your permanent employment with a very good company and good position too just for this all in hope for a better future. I just wanted to share my experience so others can learn something and be careful. I also suggest that this forum is shared formally with all the new employees during on boarding process so they're well informed. |

Unfortunately, this is a contractor issue, not an aramco one so it being shared with all new employees would not have helped you. Wishing you luck, health and employment. |
