I have been contacted by Credence for Educational background checks, how long does it take for them to verify those ? also will they contact me separately for Employment checks ? I havent received an offer yet so a bit confused :-)

My checks are under progress but they will ask you later after the offer has been accepted by you for employment checks - where you can choose if you want them to contact your employer or not. They will probably report to Aramco when all checks are done. In case your educational degree is not from applying country it may take longer for them to verify and hence the head start (my educated guess).

Hi
After my interview was completed, my recruiter confirmed that Aramco is moving forward to "SALARY RECOMMENDATION STAGE" and sent me list of documents (KYC and others) to submit. Post submitting all the documents, Credence contacted me and requested for list of documents. I have submitted all the documents required by Credence. However till date No offer letter or Salary details are proposed. Would like to know
1. Is it common to conduct BI before salary offer
2. In general how long does it take to complete BI and to provide offer letter.
Would be very helpful if someone could share their experience.

Hi dear, I am exactly in the same position, May you please tell me your current status, have you got your offer letter or still in progress. Hi,, Last month I tried contacting HR based in Singapore. Unfortunately the people who were in touch earlier had already left the COMPANY. However, new HR, tried to check my case with Saudi office and later informed me the following: " I have checked internally on your profile – you are currently stated as backup candidate. This may mean our Saudi-side HR has another candidate on offer / headcount is no longer available and would only be available later on (whether later in year or next year) / position is on hold but they liked your profile and not keen to reject your profile at this time. I do not have visibility on any timeline to update/potential next steps unfortunately." So.. the wait is continued.... |
