I spoke to them and they said an offer is not coming for me without any other explanation - I hope that is not the case for you guys - good luck to you all

So sad to learn about your situation. Wishing you great good luck in your endeavors. No, they haven't said anything discouing yet and hope they wouldn't. However, the recruiter do mention "no Guarantee" in each communication. Anyhow, I have already been moving on with my own plans if offer comes then let it be if not then nothing I can do  |

What was the status of your online application? Was it changed from “Thank you for participating in the interview” to “Not translated in selected language”? |

Hi All,
Aramco is hosting another finance virtual recruitment fair - I want to ask how was the overall virtual recruitment fair experience was? Is it online video call or do they just call you on the phone when it's your turn? I am based in Houston (not sure if that affects anything at this stage). Also since it's just with a recruiter do they just ask behavioral questions and then decide if the resume get's forwarded to the hiring dept. ?

o, my on case is different; I got a referral directly from Aramco staff. I got selected for interview- recorded in October, 2022, then afterwards one-one interview in Nov. 2022. And up till now have not heard anything. I have reached out to Houston HR but they said my application has not been rejected but they are waiting on the Kingdom guys for next step. DOes anybody has such situation? Its going to 4 months after one-one interview and no message or email.

Yes, my wife interviewed end of October and still waiting for a decision. Ridiculous! If things are put on hold for filling a role, then tell the candidate that. Going months with no word or update after an interview is just unprofessional and inconsiderate but what can you do?

I attended the virtual fair in Houston and am also applying to relevant positions online. Two of the positions say "Congratulations, your application has been forwarded" - Does anybody know what is avee time from this message to get an interview invite?

o, my on case is different; I got a referral directly from Aramco staff. I got selected for interview- recorded in October, 2022, then afterwards one-one interview in Nov. 2022. And up till now have not heard anything. I have reached out to Houston HR but they said my application has not been rejected but they are waiting on the Kingdom guys for next step. DOes anybody has such situation? Its going to 4 months after one-one interview and no message or email. It’s a slow process. My husband was 18 months from application to start date. Best just to carry on as normal and see if anything comes of it. |
