As far as I understand, the applicant has to receive an email (generated by the system most of the time) for each of the application saying that it was unsuccessful. So that the applicant has hope until he/she received the rejection email. But this is just a logical guess.

The volume of applying applications are more, so they wont send individual mail, just to put the application status as translated in selected language..finally it will be disqualified or hold or closed.. thanks

Not translated in selected language is another way of saying not selected. Why do you think so? Because, if you try to withdraw the application it will tell you "you already disqualified for this job"

This is what was written by one of the forum members (louaycharif) in the topic “Job Application Status”: I have the same situation (status was changed to “Not translated in selected language”) and I had a friend of mine calling Aramco from within Saudi Arabia, they informed him that this is "standard" and that the application is still in process. I am not quite sure through, from what I have read online under SAP successfactors, there is some kind of info that we should be able to see but we currently can't!

And I received a positive feedback from recruiter a week after the interview with verbal intent to offer. Then in a week or so the status changed to “Not translated in selected language”. I contacted the recruiter and was informed that the hiring process is in progress and no updates so far.

Ok understand, since you already done the interview maybe that's the standard your application still in process. I know someone after the interview his status change to "congratulation your application has been forwarded" which is unusual before it bounced back to In process. Stay cool, wishing you all the best.

And he accepted the offer.

I had two instances where portal said similar message, the difference between the two is one application has the update application option visible while the other doesn’t. I tried to withdraw the application which had no “Update “ option just to see how it goes. And It said you are disqualified for this position. I am reluctant to do the same to the other application as it may turn out to be in process and doing so might jeopardize the process
Any leads? P.S. I haven’t been interviewed yet for any of those positions
