It's not such much from the time you accept the offer the countdown begins, as much when everything has been cleared (BI, medical, Aramco school acceptance if u have kids, etc.) and you have visa in hand. Prob pushing it by delaying more than a month after you have visa and everything is good to go from Aramco's side.

Did anyone’s status change/reverse from “we will contact you asap to discuss our offer for you” to “congratulations, your application has been forwarded”. Generally the status “congratulations, your application has been forwarded” is after the application submitted and after which it changes to “Not Selected” or “Selected for interview” I am experiencing real strange things even I have accepted the revised negotiated offer two months back. A month back, recruiter approached and said, VP approval is missing on my revised offer and they are seeking VP approval. Last week the status changed to “congratulations, your application has been forwarded”. with recruiter not providing any insight.

Yes, my status change from "we will contact you asap to discuss our offer for you” to “congratulations, your application has been forwarded to hiring org” a few days ago. However, a new requisition was created within the same dept with a diff job name, then some HR person sitting in Saudi attached my application to the newly created requisition. From the job name , it seems the new requisition is a higher grade code than what I originally applied too and interviewed for but its within the same dept.
I hoping this is the case but who knows for sure?

I can't even see the application status of the job I am being considered for?

Could you advise on what items took the longest for your visa application?

All circumstances are unique, but it is negotiable. I received an offer where the base was 5% lower than current base in UK, and approached them had a conversation about wife's loss income and the incentive of leaving a good job in a big IOC. They asked me to provide an email and explaining circumstances and they came back two days later with a 16% increase in base salary after asking them 20% and having 15% as the minimum in mind to offset loss of the annual bonus payment that I was due to receive in Mar-23 but forfeiting due to changing jobs.
It is reasonable to negotiate a salary offer, however if asking more than 20% than initial offer is not realistic and it has low probability of success.

From the job name , it seems the new requisition is a higher grade code than what I originally applied too and interviewed for but its within the same dept. I hoping this is the case but who knows for sure? Depends on the job. I applied for a job that they were looking for more than one person, after going for 6 weeks back and forth with recruiter on the potential job offer, the status appear as "Not selected". I queried with recruiter and in my case they had to open a new requisition to keep the job posting online, and prepare offer at that point. This causes that the job you applied is not exactly the one you will get (different requisition number), and by this glitch the job status appeared as "Not Selected". I consequently received the offer 1 week after my status appeared as "not selected". I would not take at face value what appears in the system as they might do workarounds in the background and giving you an unaccurate view. My advise is to contact recruiter for an accurate status of job offer. I hope this helps

Some people (not all) have negotiated and have been successful. Asking for unreasonable increase most probably wont work.

You should ask what makes you happy. If you are not satisfied with the offer, then do not accept. I refused the offer and told them, i am not going to negotiate over this letter, it was way below then what i was expecting then I got 1 grade hire offer with little less than what i was asking. It took another three weeks and got internal approval to get a second offer.
A friend of mine, he negotiated and they did not give any incremental upside. He ended up not to accept the offer. It all depends on your success at the interview.
You should negotiate and ask what you think it makes you happy. You may get it or not.
