Does anyone know where GC 13 caps out around? Received my offer and consistent with first offers others received from this forum.

I’m sure no one on this forum works in Aramco HR or Compensation, so unlikely you will get a for sure answer but I guestimate GC13 caps at around $130K to $140K. I also suspect like most job levels in large companies, there is an overlap in salary ranges in Aramco GCs. For example say GC13 high range is $125K is $140K, which equals GC14’s low base salary range.
I have no inside info - I just suspect.

Hi there, when I received the offer letter it was about $300 less than what was verbally mentioned during the interview process, however when I asked for the initial, I was told its non-negotiable…so I had to accept🤓

So I got a GC15 and was a good enough one to start with and I asked for 15% and was given about 5.7% which I was ok with and have accepted it...could've gone back and forth and maybe gotten more but had to take a decision for kids to join school and not delay...took just over a week so would say was quick but could've been longer if I insisted on 15% or more. However, since then I am been wondering what are the next steps...onboarding, medicals, background checks!!! Unsure as there is nothing been communicated apart from 'Thanks for accepting, the team will get back to you', this was earlier this week.

Should be receiving an onboarding link listing steps and place to upload all the required documents.
Funny, they sent me the onboarding link w/ deadlines of this week but I have yet received the initial offer but told its coming.

I did get the email from a different team, maybe mobilisation team, and have given them all documents as requested as well...this was before I accepted the offer, i.e., midst of negotiations

But mate, your kids are still months away from being able to go to school here. Well my situation is that I am already in Saudi Arabia with just the iqama transfer process to happen...was hoping this would be much quicker than international relocation. Hope for the best as we did not enroll our kids to regular schools here and the school term starts on 23 Aug...hope they don't miss a lot...

You might get lucky and they only miss a few weeks. You have to jump through so many hoops with verifying vaccine records, had countless trips to JHAH get setup and documents added to systems. Good luck!

Has anyone had success negotiating later start dates? A bit worried about settling home affairs and preparing. They would like me to start my end of September which I thought wasn’t even possible?
