I guess it also depends whether the position is a promotion or not. For me it's a clear promotion vs where I used to be. So I pretty much get my old net (I used to work in Dubai) as base while the benefits (60%) are the real improvement.

Hi After my interview was completed, my recruiter confirmed that Aramco is moving forward to "SALARY RECOMMENDATION STAGE" and sent me list of documents (KYC and others) to submit. Post submitting all the documents, Credence contacted me and requested for list of documents. I have submitted all the documents required by Credence. However till date No offer letter or Salary details are proposed. Would like to know
1. Is it common to conduct BI before salary offer 2. In general how long does it take to complete BI and to provide offer letter.
Would be very helpful if someone could share their experience.

They ask for your last salary, some more details, and then while you submit your documentation they'll work on your offer. I just cooperated and ended up getting a first offer that was on the lower edge of my expectations, negotiated a bit and worked it out within a couple of weeks altogether Good luck.

Thanks a lot papajoe! Yes... I had also provided my last salary and more details. Do u remember roughly how long did it take? I am also on the same situation as you fromindia, I had my interview in the first week of November and one week lated I got a positive feedback. I have been requested to submit all my documentations (Payslips, Degree, Transcript...ect) which I did. I was told that it will take between 3-6 weeks before you get an offer. So be patient and it should come within this timeframe.
