Not sure if the recruiters are advising you of the dependent and visa fees but it seems some of the new hires recently arriving were not completely aware of all the fees. The employee is responsible for dependent fees of 400 sar per month per dependent. Additionally, a multi-exit and re-entry visa are now 2,400 sar for a 12 month visa per person. Dependent visa fees for wife and 2 children is approximately 14,400 sar per year, which must be prepaid prior to iqama renewal or issuance. One year multi exit and re-entry visas for a family of 4 will be another 9,600 sar. I’d advise anyone to also consider all additional fees when evaluating the offer. Great info, I think you need to mention also the house rental fees that should be paid monthly by employee

Hi, I am in a same situation, do you have any update? Did they up their offer? I negotiated my offer. My recruiter gave me a number that he can offer at max without going to Saudi. I had discussion with him and he went back to Saudi and it took more than a month to receive revised offer as new approval process triggers in, if Saudi HR wants to revise. It's a big risk as at one point in time, I left hope of recieving revised offer. But patience worked at the end. Hi, I also have made a same move of pushing recruiter for another round of review for which she said she has contacted the department in Saudi. It has been 3 weeks already and there's no response from the department as per the recruiter. Do you know if this is normal and may take another week or so to get the response back? Thanks!

I'm also at the revised offer stage. I renegotiated the initial offer and it was approved about 7 weeks ago but I've not received the written revised offer. Anyone knows how long it may take?

What does your online status say in SF? If it is “we will Comeback to you as soon as possible to discuss our offer for you” and the status dates keep changing every day, this means the offer approval is underway and not completed, if you status date stop changes and the status turns to “In Process “ it would mean the offer has been approved in SAP and its upto your recruiter how soon they contact you, this is from personal experience

On SF, status is "Not Selected". This was the status prior to receiving initial written offer.
