Aprico: I'm sure that depends on the interviewer and the kind of role you are selected for. My role is a pretty senior role where it doesn't get very technical and they just look for the right atude and background. It could be completely different if you're interviewed for an engineering role. Hi I just got my hirevue live interview done today and now the status updated to "Congratulations! You have been selected for an interview". Does that mean I have passed to 2nd round of interview? This hirevue interview was supposed to be for 60 mins but they told me it got changed to 30mins when they joined and 2 out of the 4 participants didnt join so I am not sure. Thoughts would be appreciated. Did they mention there is going to be another interview? Was there any Saudi sitting in the interview? If you have answered all the questions correctly and confidently then you might be selected. Its a long process so keep going with your normal life. |

I think that's pretty common that some don't join. I had the same. Usually there'll be a second interview and then it can go fast. I feel that they are really trying to get a lot of hiring done before the new year, but in your case probably no chance of being in Saudi before year end considering all the paperwork involved.

If the only person took technical interview and lasted about more than 30 miniutes and you did well, and if you selected for next round, there will call you for face to face interview and as per my exp it is going to be the same interview question plus few more questions. Just be prepared well and dress well for next one! |

After my interview was completed, my recruiter confirmed that Aramco is moving forward to "SALARY RECOMMENDATION STAGE" and sent me list of documents (KYC and others) to submit. Post submitting all the documents, Credence contacted me and requested for list of documents. I have submitted all the documents required by Credence. However till date No offer letter or Salary details are proposed. Would like to know
1. Is it common to conduct BI before salary offer
2. In general how long does it take to complete BI and to provide offer letter.
Would be very helpful if someone could share their experience.

I think I am in same situation. I received this email on the middle of August. Credential check is done but after 9 weeks even I have not received any update.
My RA cannot provide any feedback or reply to my email. If you see the previous thread in this forum people are saying you might be in the waiting list.
Currently I am not in a believe to the possibility of receiving offer from them but I applied several position of Aramco as a new applicant.
Better carry on your current job and try for a better job in the other world.

I have been trying to contact the recruiter but she did not answering at all. Thanks I was interviewed on 14th Nov for Riyas NGL (Unconventional Resources). No feedback yet other than the status on success factor changed from "selected for interview" to "Thank you for participating in our interview process" about one week after the interview. I personally think if one does not get an answer within a week or two then either it is unsuccessful or reserve list candidate situation most likely. |

I interviewed on 13/11/23 in London, received feedback a week later indicating to be deemed technically qualified and got asked to fill a form, provide academic transcript and certificate, passport and latest 3 payslips.
I was told by recruiter to allow somewhere between 3 and 6 weeks to hear back about followings steps, and got advised that it may take around 3 to 5 months of getting mobilised to Saudi from offer acceptance.

Hi everyone, I recently attended a project management workshop in Houston, Texas and interviewed for the field compliance coordinator position. However, when I checked my online application after the interview, it stated that I was "not selected for the role after interview" under a different position called safety advisor. I reached out to the recruiter via email, and they responded by saying that they have not made a decision yet. I'm wondering if I should be concerned about the "not selected after interview" message, even though it was for a different role that I interviewed for. Can anyone provide insight on whether this is normal?
