Thanks muhasoh, Actually i have applied multiple positions related to my profile. Below is the status of 6 positions. Can you or anybody have such experience and predict final result. 1) "Thank you for your efforts so far. Your recruiter will connect to you when we can continue the process". Interviewed 2 months before, the status is same from 1.5 months 2) "Congratulations! You have been selected for an interview". From last one month with same status- no interview 3) "Moved to another Requisition. From last one month status" 4) "Congratulations! Your application has been forwarded to the hiring organization".- from last two days status 5) "Congratulations! Your application has been forwarded to the hiring organization".- From last 20 days status 6) "Congratulations! Your application has been forwarded". From last 20 days status Rest of the positions shows either "Your application is under review" or "not selected". I am still applying whatever posts are advertised by aramco. Is it ok to continue applying for new posts. Looks like sooner or later you will get am offer, just keep patience, it will come your way eventually

My job application status at HR portal is "Thank you for your efforts so far. Your recruiter will connect to you when we can continue the process" from last 1.5 months after attended online interview. Nobody is able to interpret exactly above phrase. I just want to know the next step from the members who have gone through the same situation and reached to the next step. Thanks No one knows the real status of these phrases. As my experience, just go with the flow like a routine thing and don't think about anything after interview.

Hi all, hope you are doing well. I have recently been invited to 1st round of interview with Saudi Aramco and I am very excited about it. I wanted to understand from you if its normal for Aramco to ask for personal details like passport, payslips, degrees, transcripts etc. even before the 1st interview. I found that was a bit odd but wanted to ask from the group here if its standard process these days. Also if you can guide me on the female hire ratio at Saudi Aramco as previously I had rarely heard of it but now the tide seems to be changing for the better. Would love to hear from a recent female expat that has hired at Aramco. Appreciate your responses.

Thank you for your quick response. In general, is Aramco hiring massively at the moment in all divisions or focused on one specific area? I heard rimors that there is massive serge in openings and they have to grow the team significantly across different business verticals, would appreciate any insight into this. Also, how rigorous is the interview and how many rounds there typically are to closure? Any guidance on timeline for MENA region candidates hiring would also be appreciated.

I reckon u could gage the number Aramco is hiring by the number of current job postings on aramcojobs.com. Also Aramcojobs.com reflects the hiring dept/org.
Additionally, there are tons of postings of hiring timeline and interviewing experience on this forum and particularly this thread.
So read up.

I believe this is normal to be ready for what comes next after the interview (Saving time) BUT I guess it won't be used till you pass successfully your interview and you are selected.

thanks aprico, typically how many rounds of interviews are there and whats the complexity level if you know? No idea to be honest!! Some people in the forum said 1 round and some more than 1....it's all depends on the role. I am also invited for interview and looking for tips....especially behavioural (non-technical) questions.

I found the interviews quite informal. I was interviewed by two different people in two interviews and I'm sure neither of them was following some sort of standard protocol. They look for the right person with the right mindset, who will be able to withstand the challenges of working in KSA and bring in a decent level of experience. This could be different for different departments. There seems to be a substantial backlog in hiring, so that puts candidates in a good position, if they're chosen.

How many questions you were asked? Ratio of behavioural vs Technical? Any tips of the questions behavioural (Non-Technical)?

Hi mrrealc & charles2022, It's been a long time; did you guys get any interview call. If so, how much time did it take? cos, I have applied in Aramco site and got similar status, "Congratulations, you have been selected for an interview" for the past 1.5 months. When can I expect an interview call? Hi, Mine is same with "Congratulations, you have been selected for an interview" from last one month for one of multiple positions which applied for. I had interviewed for another position two months before where the status stuck after 15 days of interview with "Thank you for your efforts so far. Your recruiter will connect to you when we can continue the process" till date.

Aprico: I'm sure that depends on the interviewer and the kind of role you are selected for. My role is a pretty senior role where it doesn't get very technical and they just look for the right atude and background. It could be completely different if you're interviewed for an engineering role.

You have been selected for an interview". Does that mean I have passed to 2nd round of interview? This hirevue interview was supposed to be for 60 mins but when they joined they told me it got changed to 30mins , 2 out of the 4 participants didnt join so I am not sure. Thoughts would be appreciated.

Only rely on direct contact from recruiter on your exact status and possible next steps. The online status can be inconsistent or in error of what your real status is.
