I know offer is at last approval stage. Maybe 2-3 weeks to go until I get it. Overall if you pass interview expect ~2 months for offer to be ready.

Hi all,
I’m currently awaiting an offer. The recruiter told me it could take up to 3 weeks but he reckons it should be quicker, that was a week ago!

Hi both. Well I went through the interview process beginning of Feb (this year). I kept a close communication with the recruited throughout the process. This is regarding an upstream position with Saudi Aramco. The timeings were:
Day 1 - Interview Day 4 - Positive feedback from interview (one of the top candidates) Day 14 - Positive feedback - Main candidate for the position Day ~35 - Offer in the Aramco system Day 50 (current status as of couple of days ago) - Offer at final approval level
To expect another 2-3 weeks for final approval until the offer can be presented to me.
I will update later.

You have plus point to getting feedback from the recruiter I think it all happened as per their priority of the application. in my case, I would not able to get regular feedback so it's a dilemma for me. in the current situation can only hope.

My Timline;
22 March 2021: Online application submitted. 19 April 2021: Contacted by Aramco UK office and video interview arranged. 26 April 2021: 1st Interview on HireVue
Overall interview went well, but haven't received any feedback yet. London office say it may take upto three weeks for further update.
I have also checked the status of my submitted applications (total 5) on BrassRing (Aramco applicant tracking system ATS) and status of this particular application shows that 3 stages have been completed out of 5.
ANYONE IN SAME SITUATION? Or any similar experiences

Applied 10th February 16th February London office phoned for an interview 21st February interview with Saudi 9th April offer received (between February and April had to submit paperwork and do typing test) 12th April offer accepted
My assumed start date is August but could be sooner if things go through quicker, I’ve been assigned a relocation advisor and submitted everything for police checks and medical forms.

I applied through LinkedIn, nothing shows up on there for me so I couldn’t say, sorry. Hopefully things moved forward quickly for you!

Hey uk2ksa, do you know what the various stages mean? I'm currently on stage 4 however haven't had an offer. I have submitted pay slips and follow up documents.

Hi Uk2KSA,
Have you heard back from them? I am in the same boat. My online account shows 3 steps completed but I haven’t heard anything back from them since my interview. Its been 3 weeks.
