I got interviewed for the rotating equipment engineer position in mumbai( India) in Feb 2019 thru JERRYVERGHESE job consultant, I got selected and even discussed the details of my location and offer with the HR available, we are in the mid of May and until now i have not heard anuthing about my offer, is this scenario normal?
