Question on Housing in Daharan Compound

Hi everyone,
My husband got offer from Aramco and we will be moving in next 2-3 months. We have been advised that we will be assigned a house on camp in Dharan, which is exciting. I have few questions, if anyone can please answer:
a) we are family of 4 so does that mean we will be assigned a 3 bed room house?
b) the relocation advisor does not know yet, but i assume this will be house not apartment, am I making right assumption?
c) are the houses generally new or old?
d) are these single level or bilevel houses?
e) generally the old houses I assume are well maintained, is that correct assumption?
f) normally you guys use bottled water for drinking or tap water is good?
