I am leaving Texas in Feb. or March for Dhahran. I'll be there for a short while and then on to Jazan. I am going over as a Senior Construction Specialist. Jazan, I was told is a remote site. I was also told all living expenses are covered by Aramco at a remote site. I worked in Saudi in 2005 for another contractor on a Aramco Project. Does anyone have any advice or other helpful comments? I will be going over for HAKA. Anything will be greatly appreciated.

Hi JLHoward, Congratulation, I am waiting on visa, and i didn't hear anything from my contractor about final offer letter and location. Did your contractor told you about your job location? because that will be deal breaker for me if i got the remote location where i can't keep my wife with me. Have you done your medical?

JLHoward,
Are all of your mobilization process done already and ready to fly? HAKA is different from Al Falak? My BI still going on and don't know if passed or not, no replied yet as well as my recruiter.
Kindly share your info, if you had your contract signed, visa stamped, etc.
Thanks,

Hi
Was called for the interview on 2 Dec 14, immideate job offer same day, handed over all documents like Bi, medical reports and passport on 11 dec 14, and was informed the visa has been stamped on 20 Dec 2014, told to wait for Aramco ID appointment and that would take approx 2 weeks time.
Any idea on Aramco ID appointment.

o JLHOWARD
I have also received an offer to work in Jazan and commute weekly from Dhahran. Could you comment on what are the current living/working conditions in Jazan? Thank you very much
