I am leaving Texas in Feb. or March for Dhahran. I'll be there for a short while and then on to Jazan. I am going over as a Senior Construction Specialist. Jazan, I was told is a remote site. I was also told all living expenses are covered by Aramco at a remote site. I worked in Saudi in 2005 for another contractor on a Aramco Project. Does anyone have any advice or other helpful comments? I will be going over for HAKA. Anything will be greatly appreciated.
Hi, Congratulation, I also have intervierwed in novermber and offer for job (Project Manager-Stadium Project) in Saudi Arab with AL FALAK contracting, i have sent my BI forms to Al Falak and its under processes, they told me they are trying to accure visa, can you tell me how long it took you to get visa after submitting BI form, have ou done your medical ? did they sent you final official offer letter and tells you the location? can you change the location ?
Hi JLHoward, Congratulation, I am waiting on visa, and i didn't hear anything from my contractor about final offer letter and location. Did your contractor told you about your job location? because that will be deal breaker for me if i got the remote location where i can't keep my wife with me. Have you done your medical?
Was called for the interview on 2 Dec 14, immideate job offer same day, handed over all documents like Bi, medical reports and passport on 11 dec 14, and was informed the visa has been stamped on 20 Dec 2014, told to wait for Aramco ID appointment and that would take approx 2 weeks time.
Interview: Houston, Texas, USA; 11/15/14 Contractor: Al Falak Position: Engineer II (QC) (don't know if will be assign to stadium but that was we talked on interview) Nationality: Canadian Waiting for BI to clear, no respond, waiting.
