o! I'll have an interview in London in the end of May to work for Aramco as a Consultant. Benefits: They ask for our desired salary? How many flights do they offer (if any) per year for a family status employee? Do they offer a car or should I buy one there? Do the europeans get better/worse conditions than the americans? As ther will be some Saudis in the interview do you think it's a good sign?... Do you have any special recommendations for me? Lot's of questions... Thank's a lot, AS

Hi, I had an interview on 5th June 2014 for a technical position. It lasted about 30 mins and all the questions were technical and directly related to the job description and my cv. There were 3 Arab men interviewing me, all very pleasant and not intimi......... at all but very professional i.e. no smiling! I subsequently did not get the job but the recruiter let me know by email the following monday which was quite quick compared to others....probably not a good thing. The feedback I got was that I did not have the experience in the equipment they use in their department but to reapply for other positions on their website to which I will continue to do until I hopefully get a job.

Hi Robegk,
How many days did it take for the recruiter to share the outcome with you. Can you name the person and the hiring department in Aramco?
Thanks

People's names may not be posted in the forum unless you have their permission. They can be PM'd or emailed.

Thank you for the clarification. In that case can you only provide the name of the hiring department?
I was interviewed for an IT role in power systems about 10 days back and yet to hear back on it. The interview as per my assessment went very well hence a bit nervous on the delay.

If you haven't already, please do a search for timeline on the forum and read all the varied time spans from interview to offer. It will help you wait, hopefully patiently, and not stressed.
