This idea hadn't crossed my mind, thank you! I'd be honored to take on a training role for other dogs while there. But let's see how I fair in all this before 'counting my chickens before they hatch'. - LOL! We have just organized additional obedience training so that he fairs well during the potty walk by the KLM airport staff, tatooing, radio chip, Preliminary OFA hip/elbow certification and his last vaccine. We also have acquired the Aphis and Pet Import forms along with all the guidelines and timelines in which they have to be completed.
My vet is so worried about our pet! But I conveyed to her that Saudi's and Americans have been doing this personnel exchange for over 50 years so there are no worries! Aramco has thought of everything.
It is very comforting and wonderful to have one such as yourself in the forum who can support and guide us 'newbies'!
