It depends what job you applied for. Have u had any interview before or this is the first one? As they tend to interview 2-3 times normally. U can PM me with further details.

Well i was notified about a week and a half ago that I am being considered for a particular position in IT. If they do Video conference, do they do skype? Or do they fly you to Houston to do something like Cisco Telepresence? Im hoping the department moves forward with an interview, the potential for the opportunity has always been exciting. Anyway, practicing patience as i know . Good luck to all!

This is the only contact information the JH Venture wants: Posted previously: (i understand from other users it may be in May now) Here is the response I received via email from a member of the John Hopkins Joint Venture: An official online site for JHAH job postings is in the production stage but not yet operational. The HR goal is to be advertising and hiring by the end of April. In the meantime people interested in working for JHAH can send their resume to Healthcare.JV@aramco.com. The HR team is collecting the resumes and will contact the individuals once jobs are being advertised (approx. April 2014).

Hi guys, just joined the forum today... I had applied for a Emergency Medicine specialist job through the ARAMCO website and have been invited to attend an interview at the London office in a week's time. Has anybody got any ideas/ info about what to expect and how these interviews are structured. Also, are there any websites which I could explore to get some info about the JH venture etc. Any help, advice, pearls of wisdom would be immensely appreciated...

Belmontmedic, i've interviewed with Aramco before for a different position. My experience as many others have told me.. 'Be Yourself'. While my area of expertise may be different, my experience was that they were very technical (yours may branch into the 'medical technical' i would assume). I am sure it would be a combination of 'what you know' versus 'tell me a little bit about yourself'. Good luck!

albertmpt,
Congratulations for doing well in your interview.
As you are aware, Ramandan and the subsequent Eid celebration are not likely to make the offer come any sooner. Note too that many people will be on vacation during the month of August, since it is a Saudi and an Aramco School holiday.
But as I am sure you will find mentioned many times elsewhere in the forum, timelines vary greatly, and as vPainter often says - every time is 'normal'. So relax, be patient and try not to think about it overly much. The answer will come when it comes.
Good luck with the final outcome.

Albertmpt,
Glad you were able to reschedule and had a good interview.
If you do a search for timeline on the forum, you will see all the many timelines, all normal, from interview to offer and all other timelines for the hiring process.
Jolicoeur, you too, should do a search on the forum for timeline and see the current and past timelines of each stage of the hiring process.
