I understand it all depends on the experience and nationalities etc but does anyone have salary structure/range for western expats working for Aramco Contractors? Engineer III and Engineer II.
Would appreciate any help. Thanks

$6/9000 USD per month....difficult to pinpoint as too many variables

Thanks spudulike. I would imagine that's excluding all allowances like housing transportation etc?

Yes that's correct....usually there is a bit of negotiation to be had regarding the salary offer but the benefits are usually pretty much set in stone for everyone

My question is like this: Can you renegotiate your contract after getting your visa stamped and you still in USA? I have noticed the original contract I signed is slightly different than the one I just got. For example : 42 days for vacation (original) vs. 36 days( received contract with visa)

Notify your relocation agent or recruiter and tell them there was a mistake on the contract you were just sent.

You should check with your recruiter regarding any contract issues; they are your single point of contact. The vacation answer may be simple: your grade code provides you 36 days of leave, but there are two "special days" added to this to make the total 38, and added to this are four travel days because your point of origin is North America - meaning you have 42 days of annual leave.
Policies here can be complex and the recruiter should be able to get you answers to any questions. This is a particularly important time to ask questions! There are policy changes that are new to many people here on the forum as well, particularly those relating to the payrolls and some benefits.
Be persistent with your questions of your recruiter or relocation agent!
