Your best source of information is CCRA itself; they make the guidelines fairly clear and will often help you with your questions if you go in person.

How the Tax Reimbursement work in Interational Payroll for Special Work Shedule Employee ( 28/28 Days ) ? They mentioned they will reimburse Income tax paid in home country. Can some body explain what will be most likely scenario ?
1- Aramco Will reimburse Tax Paid on Yearly Salary. However, as Tax reimbursement will be counted as additional Income for following year. Aramco will also reimburse Tax Liability for " Tax Reimursement " payable in subsequent year. This way , my Aramco salary will be totally protected by Income Tax in home country.
2- Aramco will reimburse Income Tax on Yearly Salary only. Any Tax on "Reimursement Amount "will be liability of Employee.

My post is in form of further questions on the aforementioned subject. I was made a single status offer, because my wife was deceased. They would not allow me to come with my kids anyway. The question now is whether or not I would be qualified for the tax benefit under the new global payroll. Would a single status Canadian hire be treated the same way as somebody on a bachelor status in terms of taxes?

Hi all,
Could somebody please clarify if Canadian taxes will be absorbed by the company under the Global payroll for the SINGLE STATUS employees too, as is the case with the bachelors? If not, will the taxes be based on the gross or base salary only? This is somebody on a single status, but with kids residing in Canada.
