o, I hope you can help with this question. I have tried to call the HR hotline several times, but no answer. I did not realize there was a limit to applying for positions on the
Saudi Aramco website. I applied for 4 positions, and then I saw the perfect position posted. I tried to apply and was told that I had reached my limit for applications. Any suggestions? I would really like to apply for 2 additional positions. Thanks in advance for your help.

I have the same problem.
Does anyone know how/why the limit is there? and for how long?
I wouldn't mind withdrawing a couple of my applications to apply to the ones which are more suitable to me.

Hurray! After months of reading this forum whilst applying to Aramco, I finally have something to contribute!
Per a recruiter whom I just spoke with this morning, applications are not released until the successful candidate arrives in country.
Before I knew the limit existed, I just started putting in for positions I thought were in the ballpark of my experience/qualifications. When I found some that I really liked, I had already reached the quota. I wasn't about to let some archaic recruiting portal get between me and Aramco, so I created a new account with a different email address but same name. Then I selected my precious 4 opportunities more carefully. That was in February and not long after, someone who'd seen my resume requested that I apply for a new opening that would be posting shortly. Shortly turned out to be about two months later but when it finally did post, I was still limited by the same 4 positions I'd applied to months ago.
The only way to fix this is to get the recruiter responsible for the position to release you, or the recruiter of the new position for which you want to apply can manually submit your resume to their opening.
How do you get a hold of a recruiter if you haven't been contacted by one yet? For those in the US, call the main number for Aramco Services in Houston and select the option to connect with staffing services/recruiting. My experience is that no one ever answers that phone or returns messages but that is the only official method I've found. I tried speaking with IT, but they don't support the website and couldn't help.
I don't know if creating a second or third Aramco Jobs account is prohibited or severely frowned upon, but I did find that the few recruiters that I've spoken with immediately asked why I have two accounts, when they entered my name in the system. I just told them it was a mistake.
A second mistake was thinking that level 1 positions were entry level and level 3, 4 and specialist were very senior positions. (For those who don't know or didn't read the years of experience closely, it's the opposite)

Does that mean if you already applied for four jobs , you will not be able to apply for more jobs untill someone take the job and even land in KSA?
DO YOU KNOW WHY THE SYSTEM WORKING LIKE THIS?

I imagine that the reason for the 4 application limit has to do with the volume of applications they typically receive for each position.
It is certainly frustrating as I don't believe that there is a mechanism in place to tell you how many applications you currently have tied up nor to inform you when an application is released.
I imagine that most find out about the limit upon attempting to apply for a 5th position.
Regarding the timing, it must have to do with the percentage of applicants who decline offers, fail medicals or background investigations, or maybe get cold feet before making the move. I suppose that a stale list of applicants to the job is more effective to Aramco than taking the time to repost the position and start the process over again.
It appears that if you are unlucky enough to apply for a position right when it is posted, but don't receive an offer, you could be looking at 6 months or more to get that slot back.

I actually wanted to contact you for a while and hope to get in touch with you via PM, for some reason the forum keeps redirecting to login when I try to click PM.
My question was regarding the limit of the application, were you presented with an error? I've recently and earlier this year applied to several positions but have not heard back on any. I got in touch with someone on Linkedin and they notified me that if the department is interested, they will reach out to me. I just wanted to check if that issue of application limit has been taken care of, how would I know if my applications are just going nowhere. On some of these positions I fit the criteria extremely well but have not heard from anyone in Houston.

If memory serves, the website will tell you that you have submitted the maximum number of applications after you submit the 4th one.
It may be that they've increased or disabled this restriction all together. Perhaps mine and a few other's situations were painful enough for Aramco (trying to make you an offer for a different position after you have already reached the website's maximum application limit).

Yikes - what a unfortunate coincidence. I just had inquired about this and now when I try to apply for a position I get this message:
You have previously applied to the maximum number of jobs allowed at this time.
I already have had two accounts created from before, both of them from the past, now I really don't want to create a third as it maybe frowned upon

Try to remove yourself from thinking like an applicant that will do anything to get a job with Saudi Aramco, and think just for a minute like a recruiter inundated by applications for positions in which 80% of the resumes you receive are from people who are not qualified for the job (examples given to me from a former recruiter: applicants straight out of college with no experience, or a civil engineer applying for a petroleum engineer position, or a cop with 5 years of patrol experience applying for an internal investigator position.)
I would think they limit the number of applications per applicant because there are a few people out there who will send in too many applications for jobs they're not remotely qualified for. This creates a great deal more work for recruiters than is necessary. If people would apply for jobs they are qualified for, there would be no reason to limit the number of applications received per applicant.
BTW, recruiters can easily see the names of user accounts created even if you use a different email address. Bypassing the rules or trying to work around limitations intentionally placed in the recruiting system could be viewed unfavorably by recruiters/reviewing officials..."this guy doesn't play by the rules..."
Makes PERFECT sense to me why they would place a limitation on the number of active applications received per applicant. So before you apply, consider carefully if you're actually qualified and meet the minimum requirements of the position being advertised. OR...you could just make up a bunch of alternate profiles to bypass their attempts to limit the number of applications received per applicant. They're not stupid, folks.

I agree with your post and going back to applications some date back a few years.
Initially when I started applying this was like 7 years ago or earlier with my account, it would be for ball park experiences, but in recent times i applied for more directly related positions that match requirements and experience.
Except the applications from previous years to now have been accumulated and i think i kind of realize how this works. I have two versions of my resume on the site, and i saw one had 4 applications and im wondering if that is the limit, 4 per resume.
Not sure, regardless, I don't want to create a new account, just want someone to possibly allow my existing account to still apply. Some of these applications are from two years back which I don't think are open, so it should close out those and not count those.
I haven't like applied for 5-10 applications in like a month or so, the system just seems to factor in applications from years past as well.

Aramco has been known to take resumes and match that person with a position they did not apply for.
