I will be traveling in the Kingdom on December 26 and will be staying in Abqaid compound. Can someone send me a copy of the floor plan of a typical bachelor status housing? I have requested one from my relocation adviser and haven't received it.
What size bed is in the bedroom (king or queen)? If it's a queen, can request a king size bed before arrival?

You'll have a double bed. That's what all the new people in Abqaiq have. No King beds unless you bring one yourself.

Hoping to get my final clearance in the next week or so, just wondering if anyone could supply me with pictures or floor plans for a typical family house in Abqaiq. My wife and son will be arriving a couple of months after me but we would like to have an idea of what to expect.
Any assistance is greatfully appreciated

Shaikhmaha, at the stores in this area, there is an abundance of Indian foods and spices, rice, bread, fresh produce and herbs, and many restaurants. Additionally, a lot of Indian cooking vessels. I think you'll find lots of good foods to select from.

Regarding double beds in Abqaiq, are we talking about 140cm? I read somewhere that double mattress sizes are different in the US and SA. Thanks

Based on my measurement, double bed is 135cm (yeah...I know....) and single is 100cm.
