The patio / terrace at the back of each villa is about 5m square. Many residents have barbeques, patio furniture etc.

I'd like to piggy back off that last comment. Regarding the area behind the villa, can this area be fenced at cost, and/or could I bring along one of my some-assembly-required stoe sheds in my relocation and place it behind the villa? Thanks.

Fencing is allowed, dog owners usually put it up in my experience but most residents don't feel the need (bear in mind about one third of Rakah is US payroll who know they must move again so very transient). It needs to be put up and taken down at your own expense, and you might not have choice on which contractors you can use for the job.
Structures, such as a shed, are less common and I have no idea what the guidelines are on them.

We have a family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids) and Level 13 - I am wondering if our assigned house in Rakah would have all the bedrooms on one level or would master be down? I don't believe I have seen the floor plans....

All homes in Rakah are the same. All 3 bedrooms are upstairs with 3 full baths, master and bedroom 2 have ensuite bathrooms and another full bath off the study area top of the stairs.
