We are on the Euro payroll and during the "Aramco Life" health costs in the Kingdom are covered through the company.
Like others we are concerned about the high health insurance costs after our time with Aramco. It would be great if people on the Euro payroll get the same health insurance covee like the US payroll.
Does anybody know if Aramco is considering this compeve benefit for Europeans?

Hi OZ  I am in the EUR plan also and i add other concern to your: - we have health covee KSA for us and family, but - what about everywhere in the world? we dont have an international health plan like the US plan and i dont find a good health insurance around. Does anyone have any advise on this? |

We have an International Travel Insurance Policy with TAWUNIYA. The agent is on camp. We are paying only 765 SR for two annually. Covee for med. emergency is 3 Mio. per person. We had a couple of minor incidents abroad and claiming indemnification was not a problem.

I think he meant the Global Payroll proposal where the Sterling/Euro/Canadian/Asian/AOA will be combined into a Global Payroll scheme. Once this is implemented, there will only be 3 payrolls instead of the 7-8 we have right now. American/Global/Saudi

Depends on whether your country of origin has socialized healthcare ex: Canada and UK, then Aramco does not provide it to you in retirement. The U.S. employees do receive retirement healthcare as long as you pay for it.
