Housing

Thank you detfans for such a thorough post, that makes it much clearer. I definitely agree that this whole experience is what we make it.....I know so many people who would love this opportunity and from someone who can be a pessimist, I am working hard to come with my 'positive atude' : ) I'm determined to enjoy this experience and we will deal with whatever we are given. Don't get me wrong, I too will be praying for a three bedroom place somewhere...i'll take Rakah ; ).....but Radium sounds like everyone is really lovely and I think there are benefits to being in the place where everyone is new and you aren't the 'new ones' in town. cbman I get where you are coming from though as if we were bringing our cats it might be a different matter and dogs clearly need even more space. I also think it's about being prepared and not being given any surprises, that's when people become unhappy like you say crazycatlady.

Small matter of a house to pack up now and I fully expect to see many of you in Radium in January : ) My biggest issue with housing actually is that our shipment goes Dec 23rd and I suspect we won't know by then where we will be! I shall be throwing things in last minute I think! All good fun!
