I've seen rice milk and coconut milk in the commissary (and in stores down town) but I haven't noticed almond milk. Then again I haven't been looking for it.

I've seen almond milk, I want to say at either Tamimi's or Lulu's.

You can also make almond milk yourself using a blender.

I too, eat a lot of organic/vegan foods and I coming next month. I will miss Whole Foods a lot. As far as vegan milks go, I currently make mine in my Blendtec blender (just like a VitaMix) which I will bring with me. If you bring something similar, you should be able to very easily make almond, soy, cashew, coconut , hemp milk. There are recipes in the book that comes with the blender. I also hope most of the produce available is not subjected to too many commercial pesticides, etc.

So has anyone seen quinoa yet? If it is not available, we re thinking of stocking up & shipping them with the container.
