Important regarding Housing assignments
I spoke with housing today, there seems to be a recent problem with some new hires demanding they get a certain house after they've arrived, because the one they've been assigned is not what they've been given pictures of and floor plans of prior to coming. Any homes/floor plans shared with you from this website are examples, not guaranteed housing. Houses are ALL subject to availability, not guarantees. If you don't like your original home - change it after 2 years by getting on the bid list.
New hires as you come to Aramco - please understand that initial housing assignments are made subject to availability. No one is guaranteed a particular type of house. There are housing styles for each GC and number of dependents and if possible you will receive that type of housing. But circumstances may cause that not to be the case. Whatever home you are assigned to, you can get on the bid list and change after 2 years.
As we assist people with being able to see what type of house you are eligible for, understand that if its not available, you will get a different style of home that is available. We can only show you examples - not definite homes you will receive.
